V-MANN JOE
Berlin, Anfang der 90er (Limited red vinyl)
LP
V-Mann Joe was a Berlin punk band from the squatter scene of the early 1990s. The band consisted of Joe Höfele (vocals, flute, saxophone), Andi Gaier (guitar), Wolfgang Hummel (bass), and Micha Urban (drums). They released two albums: Freundschaft, Feindschaft, Liebe, Hass und Streit (Friendship, Enmity, Love, Hate, and Argument) in 1991 and Verrat! Verrat! (Treachery!) in 1993. Their music was characterized by energetic punk rock and reflected the rebellious attitude of Berlin's subculture at the time. "Berlin, Anfang der 90s" (Berlin, Beginning of the 90s) features the band's 12 best songs (quotes from Schlappi and Sterbt Alle), reworked and presented in a beautifully designed gatefold cover with all the lyrics and an interview from one of the last Rohrpost fanzines! 150 copies in red vinyl
