Revok's second record, Grief Is My New Moniker, should be their best result and it is. Recorded by Sylvain Biguet (COMITY, AS WE DRAW) mixes short and long tracks with very different tunes, from noise rock to post rock. With multiple influences and various members side-projects (LES FRAGMENT DE LA NUIT, DO YOU COMPUTE, BRUME RETINA, TO THE HAPPY FEW, etc.), the REVOK music is indefinable but epitomized by a strong darkness and a brutal result.
