This band has been playing for almost 30 years… it’s well-known in Europe and abroad. Guys have phenomenal experience, a lot of live gigs, tons of studio work, and a huge fan base around the globe. For this year guys prepared a 3d album. I was honored to hear this album one of the first because the official release day is only 1st July. After the first round, this album may look simple, but that is just the first “superficial impression”. This work is more complicated, and has layers and a lot of interesting moments… but don’t forget that Gride has a huge experience in the bag. As always guys are mixing simple structures with more interesting twists, but at “Vyzobat” they outdid themselves, ha! This is pure chaos of sound, riffs, and crazy Czech aggression! I want to highlight the experiments that guys did here, they asked a few friends to help them. For example, in the song “Prokofiev”, the boys played classic with drums and piano, head-blowing isn’t it? + Gride uses the help of a saxophonist, you can hear it at the beginning and in the epic ending, that was a sweet last nail into the mind of the listener, ha!
