One of the most legendary bands in death metal, Morbid Angel have sold well over a million albums worldwide! This release is part of the ‘First Time on Vinyl’ campaign, plugging the gaps in the Earache catalogue previously unavailable on wax. Originally released in 1998, "Formulas Fatal To The Flesh" marked the dawning of a new era for Morbid Angel, with the introduction of new vocalist/bassist Steve Tucker to the band. Though the album featured the more traditional blasting death metal for which the band became known, it also included more experimental instrumental pieces, showcasing a new diversity and ambition. Also featuring a new conceptual twist, some tracks include lyrics written in ancient Sumerian, whilst musically, this is as extreme and varied as Morbid Angel ever got. Now released on vinyl for the very first time, this album comes on 2 awesome slabs of vinyl, in a deluxe gatefold sleeve!
