This split 10" was originally released by Sounds Of Betrayal six or seven years ago. One good looking cover, two relentless grindcore bands rooted in hardcore. Nine songs each. Brutal stuff. Head Hits Concrete ( couple members now in Putrescence) from Canada and was formed out of the ashes of grindcore freaks Swallowing Shit and unleashes nine tracks of chaotic and furious hardcore grind with a couple of slower parts for good measure. If you're in any way into fast and brutal music done with well thought out lyrics, you're sure to enjoy songs like "Intent Action Effect", "We Love Ecoli", and "Hole In The Head". On the flip side you find now sadly defunct dutch grind veterans My Minds Mine blasting through their nine songs with unrelenting ferocity. After two full lenghts, and splits with bands like Unholy Grave, Idiocy Of Grotesque and Violent Headache, they quit and members went on to form the equally shredding band Blood I Bleed.
