Just one year after the release of the album "Licht vergeht", Andreas Löhr and his crew, together with longtime touring partner SUBSTANCE OF DREAM, are just in time for the November 2006 tour with the 7th studio album of a brand new Split LP. Both bands come with 5 new Hammersongs each. Fliehende StÌrme are setting new standards with their unmistakable bleak driving sound. The unmatched melancholic guitar walls meet oppressive bass lines with pounding drums. SUBSTANCE OF DREAM have their roots in punk, gothic & wave. Comparisons with Joy Division and Killing Joke fall over again, but SUBSTANCE OF DREAM have long since found their own identity. They combine in their songs the aggressiveness of punk with the sub-coolness and depression of the dark waves. As a delicacy, she even covers "Krass" by CHAOS Z.
