BLOOD FREAK
Multiplex Massacre
CD
The Butchermobile rides again... and this time, everybody is DOOMED! The band with the bad case of brain rot is back! BLOOD FREAK's 3rd album is without a doubt their best yet, as they have refined their sound into the most perfect symbiosis of late 80's THRASH METAL, early 90's DEATH METAL, and late 80's GRINDCORE, with even hints at classic 80's HARDCORE. The album is simply a rollercoaster ride that doesn't give you a chance to breathe, with crunching metallic riffs, thundering double bass and precise blast beats, unbelievable shredding guitar solos, and a vocal performance that is loaded with variety and insanity! Dave Graham from LORD GORE and FRIGHTMARE shows up for some killer backing vocals and provides a fitting horror film-inspired synth intro in the classic early 80's style! Lyrically, the band once again shows their love for vintage and obscure exploitation films from the 70's and 80's, while tossing in their own "characters" and original tales of violence and over-the-top carnage. Underground splatter artist Putrid has drawn an amazing cover for this in stark BLACK AND WHITE and the inside booklet has tons more killer drawings to shock and amaze you!
